Berburu Kuliner di Bazar Ramadan : Ada Sayur Rutun, Ada Ayam Krisdayanti !

AYO  berburu kuliner  untuk berbuka puasa di bazar Ramadan, Masjid Agung Baitul Hikmah. Dibuka mulai Senin  siang kemarin (6/5) pada hari pertama puasa Ramadan. Kalender tahunan di setiap bulan suci ini menjadi ajang yang ditunggu tunggu masyarakat Tanjung Redeb dan sekitarnya.

Bazar ini juga disebut masyarakat Berau dengan pasar Ramadan.  Hampir semua  jenis masakan baik itu kue manis, asin, serta lauk dan pauk. Mereka yang tidak mau repot memasak lauk atau membuat kue, tinggal berkunjung ke lokasi yang setiap tahun dikoordinir oleh pengurus Masjid Agung Baitul Hikmah.

Ada sayur rutun dan bubur ancur paddas, yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi warga Berau maupun pendatang. Bisa di dapatkan  di bazar ini. Pempek Palembang, otak otak ikan tenggiri, masakan padang, aneka kue tradisional banjar amparan tatak, kue talam bugis, barongko, risoles, lumpia, bingka.

Yang bikin menarik lagi, ketika penjual mencoba menarik  perhatian  pembeli dengan terikana terikan, “Ayo ayam panggang Krisdayanti! “Ayam Goreng Luna Maya,” kata penjual memberi label masakan yang dijualnya dengan menyebut nama penyanyi dan artis Indonesia.

Supaya mendapat perhatian maksudnya, namun memang seluruh makanan yang dijual memang diperhatikan oleh pengunjung.

Selain makanan, tak lengkap rupayanya nuansa Ramadan jika dalam bazar tidak ada yang jual buah kurma atau buah-buahan lain. Dan satu lagi, jual kopiah atau songkok lelaki.

Pedagang dengan gaya pedagang kaki lima, menggelar aneka songkok , sajadah dan tasbih. Mereka yang ingin songkok baru di bulan suci ini tinggal pilih. “Dipilih dipilih,” kata penjual songkok.

Penjual pentol dan sosis keliling juga tidak mau ketinggalan, mereka juga turut menuntun gerobaknya ke lokasi , meski tidak menggunakan tenda kerucut seperti halnya penjual kue di stan stand tenda kerucut yang disediakan panitia.

Pedagang mainan anak anak juga ketiban rezeki di bazar ini, lantaran banyak anak anak berkerumbun mendekati gerobak sepeda penjual mainan anak-anak. Bazar  Ramadan, memang menjadi kalender tahunan dan menjadi trend wisata kuliner warga Berau  yang ingin berbuka maupun ingin merasakan aneka masakan.(Bangun Banua)

The sellers of the meatballs and the sausages also did not want to miss, they also demanded the cart to the location, even though they did not use cone tents like the cake seller at the booth of the cone tent provided by the committee.

Children toy traders also order fortune in this bazaar, because many children clamber up to the bicycle carts of children’s toys.
