Disbudpar Berau Terus Benahi Sarana dan Pelayanan Wisata

Disinggung soal promosi objek wisata Berau yang dirasa kurang menarik oleh Ketua DPRD Berau Syarifatul Syadiah beberapa waktu lalu, Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Berau Masrani tak menampiknya. Namun, dikatakannya jika untuk hal tersebut sudah dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan tak hanya dari segi promosi tetapi juga keberadaan sarana dan prasarananya.

“Untuk promosi dan lainnya sudah kita perbaiki, seperti di objek wisata yang masih kurang fasilitasnya misalnya untuk di Air Panas Bapinang yang belum ada tempat untuk berganti pakaian, kita benahi lagi. Dan itu selalu masuk program prioritas kami dari Disbudpar Berau sendiri. Apalagi itu merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus dipenuhi disamping adanya pelayanan yang bagus,” ungkap Masrani ditemui Jumat (9/8).

Target penambahan atau peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisata memang menjadi hal utama bagi Disbudpar Berau. Untuk itulah, objek wisata yang ada di Berau mulai diinvetarisir satu persatu sehingga bisa diketahui mana yang perlu dibenahi. Apalagi, beberapa objek wisata Berau seperti Pulau Derawan, Maratua, dan Kakaban sudah merambah internasional, bahkan menjadi destinasi wisata favorit yang dikunjungi wisatawan luar negeri ketika musim liburan tiba.

Bahkan, beberapa media baik lokal maupun media asing juga sudah membuat daftar objek wisata khusus yang bisa dikunjungi di Kalimantan Timur termasuk Berau. Baik untuk wisata alam, wisata bahari, hingga wisata rohani seperti Masjid Agung Baitul Hikmah.

“Kita terus berusaha memperbaiki dari semua segi. Karena kita tak bisa hanya fokus di fasilitas saja. Meskipun fasilitas lengkap tapi kalau pelayanannya kurang bagus juga wisatawan akan berpikir berulang kali untuk datang kembali ke Berau. Sehingga, dari Disbudpar Berau juga memberikan ilmu dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat khususnya pemilik jasa pelayanan di objek wisata, agar dapat memberikan servis terbaik bagi pengunjung. Jadi semuanya memang harus seimbang. Jangan sampai kita promosi tempat wisatanya yang bagus tapi pelayanannya kurang memuaskan,” tambahnya. (bangun banua)

 

Berau Disbudpar Continues Fixing Tourism Facilities and Services

The target of adding or increasing the number of tourist visits is indeed the main thing for the Berau Tourism and Culture Office. For this reason, existing tourist attractions in Berau began inventoryed one by one so that it can be known which ones need to be addressed. Moreover, several Berau tourism objects such as Derawan Island, Maratua, and Kakaban have penetrated internationally, and even become a favorite tourist destination visited by foreign tourists when the holiday season arrives.

In fact, several media both local and foreign media have also made a list of special attractions that can be visited in East Kalimantan, including Berau. Good for nature tourism, marine tourism, to spiritual tourism such as the Great Mosque Baitul Hikmah.

“We continue to try to improve from all aspects. Because we can’t just focus on the facilities. Even though the facilities are complete, if the service is not good, tourists will think repeatedly to come back to Berau. So, from the Berau Disbudpar also provides knowledge and knowledge to the public, especially the owners of services in tourist attractions, in order to provide the best service for visitors.
